Questions
How many e-mails for one time change?
I e-mail fifteen people every time something changes.
You change the time once. The people concerned are notified, and you send nothing.
Nobody has the same version of the day sheet.
There is only one sheet. Everyone reads the same time on it, up to date, and the app keeps it offline.
With twenty people, I can no longer look after each one.
Unavailability counts before you offer a date. Dietary requirements show up on the printed sheet. And an alert goes out sixty days before a certification expires.
Can I bring my dates over?
Yes. Your dates import from a CSV file, the one your spreadsheet saves, and your crew the same way. A preview shows every line, and you start the import yourself. Everything exports back to CSV whenever you want.
Where is my data?
In the European Union: the database and the files in Paris, error reports in Frankfurt, scrubbed before they are sent. Your data, and where it lives →
