RoadShow support.
For the RoadShow mobile app as for app.roadshow.blue: how to write to us, sign in, keep your dates offline and delete your account.
Write to us
A question, a code that is slow to arrive, something to correct: write to us at this address. A person replies, in English or in French.
For what a date contains — a time, a venue, a document — the organisation preparing it has the quickest answer.
Signing in
A RoadShow account opens on an invitation from an organisation: a company, a band or a production adding you to its crew. The invitation arrives by e-mail.
Then, in the app as on app.roadshow.blue, enter your e-mail address: a six-digit code reaches you by e-mail, and that code is all it takes to get in.
The code goes to the address the organisation has on record for you. If it is slow to arrive, look in the spam folder, then check that address with the organisation.
Deleting your account
You can ask for your RoadShow account to be deleted at any time, in one of three ways:
- In the app — Profile, then “Delete my account”.
- On the web — sign in, open the “Security” page of your settings, then “Delete my account”. app.roadshow.blue/settings/security
- By e-mail — write to us from your account's address, asking for its deletion. contact@roadshow.blue
An account that owns an organisation hands it over or closes it first, from the organisation's settings on app.roadshow.blue.
What happens next
- An e-mail confirms the request. The account is erased 30 days later; until then, signing back in cancels the request.
- Erased: your name and contact details, your profile — photo, skills, certifications and their supporting documents —, your dietary requirements, your hiring declaration details, your unavailabilities, your notifications and your calendar subscriptions. Your record is anonymised, keeping the history of the organisations you worked for intact.
- What the organisation keeps as an employer: the production information attached to your record, now anonymous — past assignments, qualifications it had noted —, and signed contracts with their signature evidence, kept for as long as the organisation that issued them exists. The copy of the signature evidence entered in its activity log is kept there for 5 years, the limitation period.
Each retention period is detailed in the privacy policy, under “Retention periods”.
Offline, in the app
In the RoadShow app, opening a date keeps it on the phone, documents included; the next ten confirmed dates are kept too, their documents over Wi-Fi.
Each date erases itself 30 days after it has taken place, and everything is erased when you sign out.
Privacy
The privacy policy sets out which data RoadShow processes, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. It applies to the app as to the site.
